This item was not what I expected to receive. There was no description of the product and it is oversized. I'm not even certain if this is an authentic Butterfly product. The seller forgot the send my item, and I had to write him a message to remind him to do so.

As a human being, I feel sometime many are too greedy (picky too maybe) and not realize it. it is $10 item, shipping /handling probably is worth about that amount. I replied to you this is BUTTERFLY DESIGN, bigger is the intention of their design. Be realistic and be gentle to the sellers. You are getting a quality/genuine item, with super nice price, at minimal show some appreciation... negative feedback is sure not appropriate here...
