When I saw the photo on EBAY I thought the band on her head was a head band and the hat looked like something women would wear in the 20s. When I got the item it was not a headband her head the rim of the hat was broken and missing. I know the seller accepts returns it would cost more to send it back with the shipping I paid would make it more than double of the price of the item.
