Excellent seller! The Bose Wave Music System arrived 3 days sooner than expected and was carefully packed with lots of bubble wrap and plastic peanuts. The A/C cord and remote were packaged individually in the box. The sound on the Bose CD player is very good. I would have liked a way to adjust the base and treble, but other than that sounds great. The easy to use remote controls all the functions. No instruction manual, but I was able to download the complete 61 page manual online.

This is the first time I have used eBay. I purchased a refurbished Bose wave radio/CD player. The packaging was excellent. The radio is heavy and the packaging was excellent. When opened all items ie cords remote were included. What was not included were the directions not even copies. I had difficulty opening the remote to insert the battery which was included. The sound was perfect. Overall very satisfied with the refurbished radio. I paid $400 for it. unable to find new one
