Seller is fine and I appreciated his accepting my best offer. He handled every aspect of our transaction perfectly - a good seller no question. The item itself is thin metal - and doesn't support much weight at all in a rack mount. That's not the seller but manufacture where it's difficult in a picture or two to know what you're buying. Once I got the shelves in person and felt how flimsy thin they were I'd have passed and kept looking for another option. Again though, seller is super.
