Item was very well packaged, was as described, and works as it should. Seller was slow to ship item. Did Buy It Now on 11/1, seller issued UPS tracking number 11/6, and finally shipped on 11/11/2023 via UPS. Got it 12/13. Communication was terrible. Never responded to first two messages, and gave me a generic response to the third inquiry. I'm guessing they need more help in their warehouse. Overall, an ok transaction. Just a little frustrating due to poor communication.

I read feedback, to know seller might be slow to ship, ok. 1 week from purchase till UPS got it. Speakers packaged well in bubble wrap. Listing used generic photo, so item condition was not detailed. Speakers were not as nice as described, seller issued partial refund to make it good. I had contacted seller before purchase to inquire specifically, but did not get response, so I went and tried anyway. In the end, all good.
