Worst experience ever. Bought a laptop, after over 3 weeks was sent the wrong laptop. Slower, older, less powerful. Also the slowest communication with the seller I have ever experienced. Acknowledged the mistake, but no remedy offered, despite my repeated attempts. If you want a bait and switch, this is a good opportunity. Of course, this seller will most likely disappear and become a new one to prey on other buyers. Will think twice before I get anything from ebay ever again.

This seller had this item as being shipped, then canceled then a tracking number with the delivery date and then put in there that I requested it to be canceled and that is totally incorrect. I’ll waited over three weeks to receive nothing. Write the seller one.
