I was having great service with the hosting company until a recent outage. We have lost access to all our websites/clients websites for the last 24 hours and it still is not fixed. They have no estimate on when it will be fixed either. I am losing so much business on this, and now my clients are leaving bad reviews for me due to it.

Thank you for your feedback. We prioritize transparency in our operations. Yes, back in March there was an outage due to a blown power supply in one of our data centers, resulting in damage to two drives. However, all accounts, totaling over 3800 on this node in the cluster have been fully restored from our backups. Unfortunately, hardware failures occur occasionally and are beyond anyone's control.
