BUYER BEWARE! This seller raised the price once he knew I was interested in the item. I messaged the seller to clarify the item he was selling since the photo did not match the description. After he knew exactly what I wanted, and stated he would ship the correct item, I made my purchase. He then cancelled my purchase and sent me an offer for the same item at a higher price. To insult his buyers further, he sent along an extra collet that was completely destroyed and unusable.

The seller refused a return so we had to dispute through ebay. The item was listed and sold as Brand New in original packaging. It was priced the same or more as actual new ones. What was received was an unsealed battery. The seller later said it was taken out of its original packaging (to break up a bundle) but the auction said nothing about the battery being unsealed. I pointed this out but the seller argued back and forth until ebay stepped in and issued a return label for a full refund.

New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item is handmade or was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag.
