Amazing product at a great price. Even though it was used, the litter box came with all the original protective stickers. Everything was clean but the storage area had a slight odor. Came with all accessories and manuals. I even got the 2nd generation version with the lips on the litter mat area. Would buy from again! They also have great communication and solution to any issues that may arise. A+
