Item received as described. Great seller. Replaces the original remote that had worn out after 12 years of use. Fast shipping and carefully wrapped in bubble-wrap; appreciated that. Previous replacement non-generic remote ordered earlier from someone else was not packed well. It was loose in a box moving around. The non-generic remote was not of the same build quality as the original Sony replacement remote though both looked the same. Should've ordered original Sony remote the first time.
