Better than expected
This is a hard to find cordless because it has a HEADSET JACK. I work in a remote area and cell reception is insane. I can't afford drop calls with clients so I must use a phone with a headset while I'm while I'm working in construction. I wish they still made these phones, they are very hard to find. First of all it came like new in the factory box which I appreciate, including instructions. Everything was excellent dealing with this seller. Works fine. it's good product. comes with all handset and charger. However, one extended handset comes with different color, which is gray and it should be black. and little paint stain on the answering machine. using phone system is fine.

Pretty disappointing
I bought these used, but was hoping that they'd have a bit more life in them than they did. The sound quality was REALLY low & in most cases inaudible. We made adjustments & still ran into the same problem of literally not being able to hear anything unless all other sounds in the room were off. It didn't deal well with competing sounds AT ALL. We were also a lil taken back by there being someones makeup/foundation smeared & still stuck on the headset. The seller could have at least wiped it off with something before shipping them. I don't like giving low reviews, but of all of the purchases I've bought on eBay, this was the worst. We ended up going back to our old phone that didn't work well at all. I purchased this Panasonic phone system with answering machine to replace my very old Panasonic phone/answering machine combo. I had a good experience with the old one and wanted the same. The set up is easy, and was please to see a volume control on the handsets. As I am an older person, I wanted the big buttons, which are perfect, easy to see and use. I recommend this system to anyone needing similar devices. It is not made for the hard of hearing, but is perfect for anyone else. D. Perfect condition for plug and play!
This headset was used to replace a broken one that is part of a two cradle set. Our family loves this phone system so much, that I wanted to replace the broken unit rather than buy a whole new system. We have two seniors in the household, and the large display and large buttons make a huge difference in comfort and usability. The package was delivered promptly and the product was in great condition. I just had to set it on the cradle and follow 1 or 2 screen prompts and it synced perfectly with the settings and phone book entries. We cannot even tell that it's not the original headset.
