These folks sent my printer out quick. An error light and flashing low-ink light lit right away, I reached out thinking I'd done something wrong in setup, hoping not to have to return in. In the time it took them to answer me, less than 10 minutes, I checked the ink cartrage. I'll blame my old brain. They were great, the end of their note asking, "Did you add an ink cartrage?" Well I hadn't, guess I imagined it came with a low-level cartrage or something. Added a cartrage, works perfect!

    Versatile all-in-one for daily usage without the expense of big brand

    Great work horse for the money. I have placed 5 of these in a manufacturing environment including Inventory control to assembly. I have only had to replace 1 fuser assembly so far. Parts can be found on eBay priced reasonably. Highly recommended for network print/scan and copies. I have each device network attached without flaw can be set for DHCP or static IP. It will scan to ftp location in PDF format. Compared to my network attached Sharp this one has had less maintenance, more readily available consumables, and better user experience.

    Lightly used and refurbished looked like new and worked perfectly

    I own a few of these printers and they work well, don't jam, use reasonable amounts of toner, etc. Simple to set up. This used but refurbished printer looked brand new when it arrived and it has been working absolutely perfectly.

    Everyone should use this printer, great value

    Great printer the printer was very easy to set amnd we using in our office as our main printer. We also purchase the LT-5300 Extra paer tray, I recommend this printer for all small offices.

    This is my 4th Brother MFC-8640N and they are work horses. We get hundreds of thousands of prints. Toner life is great and the quality of the printing is perfect. I will someday wear one out,I just don't know when.
