These cots will not remain flat to lay in when opened. Contacted seller repeated time for a week and they finally told me to get some tools and let them know if I could fix the problem with two cots I bought. They literally said this: "Do you have any tools to tighten the screws in your house? Can you turn the bed over and flatten it first and then screw the screws" Buyer beware: terrible product and worse company to deal with. No accountability. Wasted $178
