    Canon makes reliable products.

    I did not realize there was an additional driver for the scan function. Once installed, it worked beautifully. The document feeder is terrific when scanning multiple pages of different sizes.

    The paper is not feeding properly.

    Right from the beginning, the paper would not always feeding properly. I find that when I put a little pressure on the exposed end of the individual paper to be used, it does work. I'm hoping that with a little time, it will work as it should. As of now, it just takes more time than it should.. If it doesn't get better, I will have to take it to a repair shop . If it is repairable and I pay for it, will someone pick up the tab? Other than that, it prints as it should but I haven't tried all the operations yet. One step at a time.

    A high quality printer from a trusted company. Buy with confidence.

    This printer has the fastest and easiest set-up of any that I have ever used. In less than 15 minutes I had this printer set-up and running wirelessly. The wifi connection allows me to use this printer with 2 laptops in my home, and my Droid Phone as well! This printer is not for a high use environment, nor is it made for high speed printing, the only reason I gave speed 4 stars instead of 5 is because it does take a little time for the wireless connection to communicate and actually start printing. The ink cartridges are readily available and moderately priced. If you print a lot of high quality pictures you will need the XL and XXL cartridges for this printer. The interface software that is included with this printer allows full custom printing, layout set-up, quality control, photo ...

    A great printer for the price

    This printer was so easy to setup, within 20 minutes it was up and running. It is not a high speed printer, but I use it for selling on Ebay, printing out shipping labels and sales summaries, which it is fine for. I also like the idea of having a copier, which comes in handy many times, I previously would have to go to the Library and pay 10 cents a copy, now I have the convenience of having a copier. For the price, I don't think anybody would go wrong in buying this printer to use at home, or for a small business.

    I'm very pleased with this printer and I got it for a great price!

    Works great. Easy to use. Completely satisfied. The set up was so easy, I love all the features and that it is wireless. The print quality is good, photos come out great. I like that is compact and does not take up to much room on my desk top.
