Solution for Karaoke
My old standby of svideo output from older laptops for Karaoke is fading out. many newer venu video monitors do not have AV inputs anymore. So instead of using a converter from AV to HDMI, I can use the VGA from the computer to this VGA-HDMI device, then to a simple splitter. The VGA is a bit more reliable than the svideo from the computer. the svideo from laptop sometimes has problem connecting, the VGA always connects My old standby of svideo output from older laptops for Karaoke is fading out. many newer venu video monitors do not have AV inputs anymore.
