Bike was damaged but they took care of it with a refund. Lots of power from bike but pedal assist can be very overwhelming at times. I disconnected the pedal assist and just use the throttle along with the peddling

Fast service. Purchased on Saturday, shipping prepared on Sunday, FedEx picked up Monday and delivered it to the east coast Friday before noon. It was packaged very well. I had communicated with the seller twice. Once before my purchase and once after. Both times they responded within 12 hours.
Assembly went well. The battery was near a full charge. I finished charging while I assembled the bike. I took my time and finished in 2 hours. It arrives mostly assembled, so their's not much to it.
