item as described, no complaint about seller or product. Lost in delivery by USPS for 2 weeks, arrived out of packaging and without label in a box with my name and address to my house and I had to pay $11.15 for shipping charge before I could open box to see contents. I explained that the item had already been paid for delivery and produced tracking number. I asked postal delivery person how they knew item was that amount of postage and knew where to deliver if they had no shipping label.
