Very good after sales support. Basic DVR no soft soft shut off feature or power switch you will need to unplug the power supply. The remote viewing app does not let you enlarge the camera views or I just dont know how, in any event not a fan of the remote app. XMEYE much better app.

The setup is easy but the technical support is very easy and simple, it only explains 40% of what needs to be done in the DVR but the recordings have great quality, it has a good price for all the functions that it can perform all this happens with the camera of the same brand.

It does the job
I dont need to see detail but if I did this wouldnt work. Compared to the original one that went bad the quality on this is worse. I am using the same cameras as before so I can see the difference. Its nice that is has a SSD since my other hard drive was making so much noise.

Excellent replacement
I had another manufacturer's DVR but it was struck by lightening. I removed the hard drive from it and placed in this one and it discovered all of the cameras instantly. This DVR is so much better than my original. It's very easy to configure, the phone app works great, and I installed the viewer on my PC at work so that I can watch the cameras whenever I need to. Great replacement for my old DVR. APP works great.
I bought the servailance DVR without hard drive. I found a hard drive for less than $150 & it was easy to install. This DVR was easy to set up. I replaced a SWAN DVR which never worked well (playback & app rearly worked...). The ZOSI system hooked up to my cameras (which were ZOSI, but came with my old system. The ZOSI app is great. The set up of the DVR is mostly on menus, but the documentation wasn't bad. I now have a working security system, which is a great relief.I bought the servailance DVR without hard drive.
