So far, so good. Good features...thermostat and all.
I read that some Vornados had to be returned/recalled ..got hot and caused fires. I don't think this heater of the 200 series was one of those. So, I have to reserve judgment.

Well designed, solid working heater
I like the VH200 space heater from Vornado. The fan emits very low noise, the heat has been steady and warm, never furnace hot. It seems to be well designed, and doesn't look like the other cookie cutter heaters on the market. I like the built in carrying handle, light indicator when its on, a dedicated on/off switch, and the safety 'foot' feature on the bottom of the heater. I have purchased 3 of these heaters, they have performed flawlessly. I am a tinkerer, and like that the instructions tell you how to open up the case so that you can clean out any accumulated dust bunnies, which i do, before storing them for the summer.
