    SIMPLY THE BEST PRINTER!

    This printer has all of the features I wanted and a lot more. Easy to use and simple set-up. It uses 1 color and 1 black ink cartridge which is what I wanted. Cartridges are readily available. Buy one, you won't be disappointed!

    Printer did not work.

    This product does not print properly. We did the alignment, tried new ink etc.. and it prints garbage.

    Good printer for home use

    Printer is somewhat noisy warming up and seems to cycle a lot, but printing quality is good. The only draw is it is very hard to remove jammed paper, there is no way to get access to the jam area. It seems you have to grab onto the paper and pull with your fingers, if it had a way to get access to the back of where the paper rolls around the printing bar it would be much better. Otherwise a good printer.

    Canon MX472

    This Canon printer serves its purpose well. I use it heavily every day and there are only two drawbacks, which have nothing to do with the performance. It goes through a lot of ink, and in redesigning the printer, Canon has the paper feeding from the front instead of the rear. The older Canons did much better when the paper did not have to curl and turn over as it went through.
