My old monitor broke down and I needed a replacement that had the same dimensions. It came very well packed (double-boxed), was easy to set up and the image quality is excellent. One advantage over my old monitor is that it doesn't heat up because it's LED. I just subscribed to streaming Netflix so now I can watch my favorite shows on this wonderful new monitor. And It's a Dell, the same make as my computer. Thank you for a great product.
