I opened the Box and to my surprise, the “Parts Bag” had broken open and a couple pounds of screws, nuts, washers, and brackets were creating the sound. Whew, dodged another bullet. �� JimO

Further update: Even though I did not receive my item due to USPS not finding my address, even though I have had other items delivered by USPS before. I contacted the seller who where very helpful in finding out what was going on. Due to me not receiving the item I received a full refund from the seller which was appreciated.
