EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I bought the cord listed as NIB but when I received it the cord must have been used and put back in the box because it had sharpie markings on the plugs. I informed the seller and they said they had made a mistake in thinking it was new because it was in a box and appeared new. They partial refunded my order to my satisfaction on what used cables were selling for. Definitely would recommend to buy from again.

    Product doesn't work

    It doesn't work the unit is to old to program o called sky caddie and that is what they told me I was not happy I spent $20 for a product that won't work

    Product did not work

    Product did not work and was non returnable. Was an older model but was listed as new and never been used. Made additional purchases for cable & made several different attempts to try to get it to work. Never worked. Very disappointing.

    terrible

    I bought this as a replacement. It didn't work. The folks at Sky Golf were very helpful, however, they couldn't get it to sync. I would recommend that you get the SG5; it is more expensive, but it gives you so much more information.
