Ive had bad experiences with inexpensive clear epoxys not going off. Ive gone through 3 gallons of this. It goes off decent epoxy. I only use TNMEC for floors but this has worked fine for counters for me. It would probably work just fine for floors. Fumes are not bad. Im using epoxies not urethanes exclusivly now because of toxicity of fumes. I still wear a solvent mask. The old ISOCYANATE catalyst urethanes are not worth the toxicity. READ SDS protect yourself.
