Seller shipped an item to me with poor packaging and it arrived broken and in pieces, inoperable, garbage

Seller sent me a cheaper made in indonesia version of the made in japan listing that I ordered??
So now I have spent over $100 and I have nothing but a broken VCR and seller is not helpful
