I'm new to using eBay, so I hope I fill this out correctly. The only slight ding is, I felt the shipping time was a little long but fortunately that didn't put me in a bind. As for "seller communication", I received shipping notices from eBay, but not the seller directly, unless that is considered the same thing. Anyway, I gave 5 stars. The printer itself was packed very well and appears to be in excellent condition for its age. Nice printer for the price.

    Bad item.

    The Dell E E2011HC 20" monitor was a let down. I had an Acer monitor that i thought i could upgrade (the Acer was slow in response time.) The Dell E E2011HC 20" monitor had terrible picture quality, and i use very good equiptment. I recommend that the user avoids the Dell E E2011HC 20" monitor entirely. Bad item cuz of the picture quality. BOOOOOO.
