At first the wrong item wqs delivered. The sender corrected the error and was able to rectify as best as possible. The item that was delivered a second time however it was not the correct model number as seen on photo. It was a 5501 instead of the 7501 purchased.
The sender should be a little more careful that the correct items are being sent. However, due to their due diligence in attempting to correct i am giving a positive rating.

The seller communicated very well, and offered a partial refund which is fantastic. I m very pleased with my experience.
