This, as I thot, is not a hearing aid and should not be called one. It is a sound amplifier.it has good Bluetooth, and works well as a headset. But I haven’t found noise canceling.which means it amplifies all sounds. I was in a restaurant and sitting far from the wall diving the dining room and the kitchen I could planely hear the people in the kitchen talking. That means it is a great amp, but you apparently have no way to filter out background noise.
