I got the kit in all was good except the gloves. A CHEAP pair of gloves was in the box not the Echo gloves pictured. I reached out to the seller for help . They replied the entire kit had to be returned because it had the cheapest gloves made in the box. They said need it back for date codes. All could have been done with photos, but no send it back. The echo gloves are more expensive and I know that . It's a scam to make more money. And I told them I would put in in their feedback. Here you go

Kit is prepacked from the manufacture, the gloves are not available seperately as customer was advised, the entire kit must be returned and a full refund or exchange must be given so we can check to see why this problem happened. We are going to give you a full refund? Never heard of a scam that returns all your money? Wouldn't make it as a scammer LOL

Echo sells great equipment.
I bought the echo cs590 chainsaw about 2 years ago and was super impressed with everything about it , then another smaller chainsaw ,stringtrimmer ,and they all work and start great , I needed a bigger blower then the handheld I have ,and did the research on a backpack blower and every thing I read led me to a redmax or a stihl and they were just more money then I could afford to spend ,and never ever realized echo had a line up of backpack blowers and the 770 was recomended to me by a contractor that had a 580 blower , so I bought the 770, and WOW !!! This thing can move some leaves quick ,starts great very comfortable on the back ,as far as durability I can't speak for that as I've only had it about 2 months ,but the echo chainsaws I have are very durable and rock solid reliable,so I'm ... Very Nice Backpack Blower
Superior 756 CFM. Got my yard cleaned in relatively short time. Compared with any blower, this unit is very quiet. Only 76 dB noise level. Even my son loves all the features. I do recommend the 50:1 premixed fuel. It also has a very nice vibration dampening padding. Once it's in high speed, I barely feel any vibration. For residential usage, this unit has 5 years of warranty. I believe this unit should be a commercial graded blower. I recommend this unit to anyone who enjoy a very high CFM blower.Superior 756 CFM. Fantastic piece of equipment. Has tremendous power. Starts quickly. Would highly recommend this product! Also would recommend buying premixed fuel made for echo two cycle engines. It has the proper oil gas ratio and uses high octane gasoline with no ethanol.
