Almost impossible to fill the bag. Small opening.
Almost impossible to fill. The hole to fill the bag is necked down and very small. I tried to fill with sand but fill tube is very small and was sewed down to a small taper. Could not fill with sand, I had to go with bird shot. Even then because of the small tapered opening it took over 10 minutes to fill this small bag. I had to keep squeezing the neck and had to "milk" the lead shot thru the neck of the fill tube. Absolutely no reason the fill tube was sewed with this super tight, tapered fill neck. Poor execution of a great product.Almost impossible to fill. The hole to fill the bag is necked down and very small. I have had another of this same bag for a number of years. I installed on a Caldwell Rock Benchrest rest. It was head over heels better than the bag the rest came with. The current bag is installed on a less expensive rest but these bags make a big difference. They are heavy duty material, well sewn and keep the form for years. I spray Suave on my bags to allow the gun to move freely upon recoil but the cordura material is smooth enough for most shooting applications. Improve your bench rest accuracy!

The item itself is well made and serviceable enough but when the advertisement call for a filled rest and I'm delivered an empty rest, someone needs to answer. It is a real pain to fill without some very special tools. I guess the only negative is the fill valve is too small.
