Product was bubble wrapped in a cardboard box. Shipped in a reasonable amount of time, but one on the reagents was leaking and I lost half of the product in transit. I contacted the seller a few days ago on the incident and never heard back. I guess I am out of luck. I would not trust this seller to help you if you have had an issue, therefore I would not purchase from them again and I suggest you don't either.
