Es lag wahrscheinlich an der Überlastung der Paketdienste im vorweihnachtlichen Chaos.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer verlief sehr positiv, keine große Wartezeit bei der Beantwortung meiner Fragen. Ein Ersatzpaket sollte dann endlich Abhilfe schaffen.
