I inform them that the box did not come with the figurine. In there description it comes with the box. I was told, is the fox really that important or can I just give you a refund. I said yes the box is important this is why I paid more money going to the seller if I would have known that I would have went to a different seller who did not offer the box at a cheaper rate. Hopefully this is not bait and switch. They stopped communicating when I did not want to go through eBay to get a refund
