Received my item really quickly! Item was well packaged. There was a small dent in the box that tore the box slightly (from it being handled through the mail system) but it didn’t matter because the heat press had styrofoam all around it so it was protected. Found the instructions & they were short and brief but I understood them just fine. Was able to assemble the few parts needed with no issues. Was a little hesitant to use immediately but once I got over my fear, it was super easy to use!

Gets up to temp in a few minutes and exactly what temp I set it at (checked with my Milwaukee temp gun)...brought non-stick Parchment paper from Walmart and went to town...its real easy to use and I'm a happy customer..!!!

Tool set (14 pieces) was inadequately packaged. It arrived with one end split open and two pieces missing. Seller ignored my first message explaining the situation and asking that he make good the two missing pieces. After my second message he offered to refund 20% of my purchase price, that was his only offering. So, I have an incomplete tool set and he's out a few bucks. Lose/lose. Don't do business with this guy, I won't be.
