Even though the press came damage . I contacted the seller and he quickly responded . Within the same week I had a new press . Very satisfied . Second box was also broken which made me think it wasn’t the company shipping it but the way fed ex was handling it . Love this press very big and my projects come out amazing.

Item arrived as described and well packaged. My mistake was that I didn't look at the item photos closely - particularly the dimensions of the mounting holes - which don't match my chair. That was my fault, but word to the wise: look at dimensions closely. I didn't bother with return, as I found a mounting plate that will fit; the rest of the components are fine.
