I was surprised when the mailman asked me to pay for postage even though the seller stated it was free shipping. I paid the shipping and realized th pkg. was stamped "COUNTERFEIT POSTAGE STAMP" This was stamped by USPS. I contacted the seller and he said he would reimburse me for the postage which he did. He did not answer me when I asked him why there was a "COUNTERFEIT POSTAGE STAMP" ON THE FRONT OF THE PACKAGE.I will not trade with this seller again.If he can't explain the "cOUNTERFEIT" issue
