My Logitec Harmony 650 now works like NEW! I had lost function in a few of the keys on my remote control - 2 LCD screen keys, the mute button, and the on/off button. I ordered the button repair kit on Thursday, and it arrived in regular mail on the following Tuesday. I followed the repair video, and my remote works like it's brand new! I did contact the seller with a concern via text message, and got a reply within a couple of minutes. I am more than satisfied with the item and the seller.

It fits perfectly and remote buttons work as new! The right arrow button has periods when it works perfectly and periods when it does not work at all (even after using deoxit to clean it up). Likely the remote has some other problem (perhaps a loose contact) that causes this to happen and it's absolutely not the fault of the button repair kit. The good news is you can customize other buttons to do that (in my case, channel up button). Very happpy with purchase, I can now use the remote again!
