Fedex lost the package,when I reached out to the seller that I had not received my order after more than 2 weeks, they immediately and without question reshipped a new box of coasters. I appreciated the timely and hassle-free response. This was my 1st time ordering these coasters from this particular seller, and usually they come with rubber feet. In this case they do not, but it also does not talk about rubber feet in the description. Just want buyers to be aware if they are expecting them.
