It came with the original box and plastic scratch tags still in place so I know it was never used. Great deal, super fast shipping, trusted seller! 5 stars all the way. It was open box item. I hv been using open box items since years and I know what to expect with it. This item was a mess. It had all hairs in its dustbox. It seems like seller just packed their own robot and shipped it to me. After using it for 2 months now, it just does not work, it gives notification to replace its parts and app does not tell me which part needs replacemenrt. So, it goes in trash tonight. Very disappointed.

THEY GOT $50 AND I GOT AN ITEM I CAN'T USE AT ALL AND -$50. It is for a foot brace so sizing matters. And will not work with me even when I cannot open the case. Terrible seller.
