The apex studios team is just awesome! Their warehouse mistakenly sent out a wrong item my way - staff having 2 similar orders mixed up. Since, both were unique one off items and not replaceable, they fully refunded me upon my Return Item - Received Wrong Item opening.
Also they had me keep the working item received due to high cost of shipping it back! (which I'm donating to local charity of Apex Studio's behalf)
