    Disappointed

    I received this and the box had been retaped. There was no packing material in the box so the bars are all scratched and scuffed. There were no instruction sheets. And the load tiedowns that were included dont even fit this particular rack. When something is listed as NEW, and is costing retail, i dont expect to receive a damaged product.
