Perfume arrived damaged sprayer does not work cap is stuck i was offered a %15 refund for a broken bottle that can’t even spray the seller told me to flip the bottle upside down and use as a splash … what!? Turning the bottle upside down isn’t going to do anything … instead of a return i accepted the %15 refund but they never processed my refund they just thank you contact us if you need anything else this is one of the most wild customer service experiences I’ve ever had extremely disappointed
