WI-FI repeater improves range and speed of internet!
The Wi-Fi repeater has been the best solution for buffering our TV's could get. I have used it continually with no noticeable lag in service and you can seamlessly switch between the old and new router to confirm that. The range is at least double of the hotspot we were using. I would recommend it both for range and boosting the speed by around 50% of our internet.

Set up issues
Set up was a little challenging. I had to call support because setup site would not open on my computer. Support gained access to my computer and opened the set-up site. Support said I had viruses that prevented the site from opening for me. They attempted to sell me some virus protection and cleaner starting at $180 but ending at $90. When I declined, support hung up the phone but kept the set-up site open; which I was able to complete set-up. Weird and suspecting engagement. Once set-up, product works as I intended. Defective software or hardware.
Setup seems to be straight forward. After you setup product for use as a repeater, the unit will report the password is incorrect. I tried setting up five different times. In addition, unit will often loose any setup information when removed from power. Unit may be defective........But i suggest not spending your money on this item. Regards
