I submitted a best offer and it was accepted and I was charged for the food dehydrator. I never got a tracking number so I inquired about my order and was told that my order was stolen from the shipper that I never got confirmation or tracking from. This seller offered a refund but not a replacement when they had two more in stock, but at a 14 dollar higher price. I messaged them that they had two in stock but got a refund instead of my product. Why not send the dehydrator??? Not happy at all.
