I bought this wireless receiver to use an Xbox 360 guitar controller for Clonehero on my PC. It works well. You just need to install drivers for the wireless receiver. For Windows 11: Device manager > unknown device > properties > install drivers > search driver list for drivers > Xbox 360 Peripherals > choose Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver and it should work.
