Propper pants are made by Leprechauns! Former service members remember what "Irish Pennants" are. I've never owned a pair that didn't take a lighter and scissors to get rid of all the extra thread left behind for the "Little People" to repel down from. That being said, I've worn Propper pants since 2003. I have a medical problem with weight loss and weight gain. I've got Propper pants ranging in size from 30" waist to 36". I own a lot of their tactical pants. Also, I've never worn out a pair!

This pair of pants was shipped quickly and well packaged. However, pants are made on the smaller size - enen fully stretched they measured up to the maximum of advertised size. Order at least one size larger if you want it to fit, otherwise you'll end up shipping it back at your own expense. I'll be ordering from Amazon from now on, returns are free.
