CSI:Crime Scene Investigation-The Complete First Season
This is one of the best series on TV. The cast of characters work wonderful together bringing realism and believability to the script. Every actor/actress is crucial in their role and adds another side to the episodes. I loved Science in school and college and the issues and facts this series brings to the table is authentic. Science is so awesome and now, while one son is going to college to be a Creative Writer influenced by the works of this series, the other son is planning his stint at college to be a Forensic Investigative Pathologist definitely influenced by this series !This is one of the best series on TV. The cast of characters work wonderful together bringing realism and believability to the script. Every actor/actress is crucial in their role and adds another side to the episodes. I loved Science in school and college and the issues and facts this series brings to the table is authentic. If you are like me and don't care for watching prime time TV shows because of the commercials, then this DVD set is a MUST have to start out your new addiction to CSI's! Yes, before it is over with, you will own all 6 seasons, just like I do! Something new in every show...Trust me, you WON'T be sorry you got this set....If you love watching crime shows, then don't pass this one up.....It starts your addition, so be warned! The First and the Best
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, was not the first procedural show on television, it is however, the best. The first season does a great job setting up each of the team members individual personalities. There are 23 very good episodes, my personal favorites being "Cool Change," "Too Tough to Die," and "The Strip Strangler." The only downside to the first season is the lack of commentary on the episodes. great series!!
While we love to make fun of the CSI and their use of flashlights instead of turning on the lights, we truly love the show! The original (Vegas) is defiantly the best of the CSI's. Its a great murder/crime mystery and doesn't often focus on the characters lives outside of work like some shows do. It stays true to the focus and doesn't become a night time soap. It is a great series.

Great-A must have for CSI Lovers
This is one of the best series on TV. The cast of characters work wonderful together bringing it to a place that no other series in my book has ever been. No one actor or actress is above the rest, they are all on the very top. I hated science While in school (1970's) Now I am seriously looking at going back to college to take some science.. Sceince now makes sense to me.
