I am not sure if there is any change at all yet. At times I think there may be improvements and then I am not sure. I think it may effect each person different but I am not sure yet. I am just starting my second 60 pills an I think I will know one way or the other by the time I finish the last bottle. I sure hope I see some positive results very soon.
