The bassinet arrived quickly; however, with an incorrect part. The replacement part was taking more than a month to arrive so a whole new replacement bassinet was sent. I received this new bassinet with all working/correct parts. They tried hard by offering me a full refund or a new full order without me having to send the 1st order. Everything worked out perfect. If you have patience and give them a reasonable amount of time to fix it, they certainly make things right! Thank you!
