THE ITEM WAS SUPPOSED TO BE NEW. IT WAS NOT. ALSO, IT WAS MISSING PARTS. I CONTACTED HIM (ADAM SMITH) AND HE SAID HE D GIVE ME INFO TO RETURN THE UNIT. It did take longer than I expected - due to what he indicated were health issues, but between ebay & his follow-thru I was properly refunded.

the seller gave me a different model, the one I paid for was the lorex LW2770 W/ battery and other accessories for $40 + 15 shipping.. but what I was given was the lorex WL2930 which cost only $24, big difference between what I bought and what he gave me...
